The University's Faculty of Engineering and Information Sciences runs a number of short course programmes within its Computer Science, Electronic Communication and Electrical Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering divisions. In addition, the University's Science and Technology Research Centre runs the regional Electronics Design Support Centre featuring regular briefing seminars for technical managers in industry. The Support Centre can signpost enquirers to both the University's and alternative training sources.
