Temic is a world class leader in the manufacture of SiGe circuits for the growing telecomms markets and offers digital ASIC capability in 0.6, 0.5 and 0.35micron processes. Solutions from FPGA replacements through standard cell and gate array offerings are complemented by embedded processor designs using 80C51, SPARC AND ARM7 cores.
