4" wafer pa wafer fabrication facility in Scotland. They design and
manufacture ASICs as well as offer wafer foundry services in a range of

gate CMOS high voltage - PPS 201.2. Metal gate CMOS - low voltage - PPS
202.1. Linear 20V transistor array PPS 171 - Linear IC - 40 volt - PPS
151 1. PMOS/PMOS with depletion - PPS 601.1/2. Dielectrically isolated
BiCMOS - PPS 901 1. Semefab take full responsibility for ASIC projects
from circuit and system partitioning through the design and prototype
approval phase and on into production. Semefab are particularly competitive
on consumer/telecoms chips of medium scale complexity (5-10k transistors)
with full custom layout. MD and Technical Director are actively involved
in all ASIC projects.
