NEC supply a range of leading edge CMOS, BiCMOS and ECL gate arrays and cell based ICs. These allow from 2k to over 20 million rawgates with 5v, 3v and 2.5v operation and to over 1000 I/O in a comprehensive range of packages including advanced BGAs. NEC can accept designs in RTL format as well as gate level descriptions. Design support is through NEC's design centre in Milton Keynes. This facility also provides access to design tools over NEC's worldwide design centre network. Design suites are available for customer use. Training and design support is tailored to customer needs with local ASIC design support staff.
