IMS offers a comprehensive custom ASIC design, consultancy and turnkey service. Customers can choose the level of involvement they wish IMS to have. The service supports all stages of design from initial concept/feasibility study through design, layout, prototype test/debug and supply ensuring that the end product is a fully functional device that meets specification. Access to leading edge technologies is available through IMS. We have extensive design experience using CMOS, BiCMOS and Bipolar technologies with features down to sub micron (0.35 micron). Designs operating from DC to 2.4Gbit/sec have been successfully completed. The design expertise within IMS includes Analogue, RF, Digital, Mixed Signal and Memory design. All IMS designers have many years of experience in integrated circuit design. Industry standard design systems are used at IMS based on SUN SPARC hardware and Cadence software.
