APC supply both linear and mixed signal ASICS. Design Analysis and layout can be performed entirely on a personal computer using proven and inexpensive software. The 700 series linear ASICs can include 20OmA transistors, 6mA PNP transistors and Schottky diodes. Eight chips are in the series offering from 33 to 630 transistors, most of which can be NPN or PNP, and from 120 to 2400 resistors. The PGA CMOS arrays are designed to be used for analogue and digital applications. All inputs are protected by clamping diodes to help prevent input signals larger than the power supply damaging the chip. Capacitors, Zener diodes and resistors up to 5 MegOhms are also available.
